Proper Packaging: You are responsible for properly packaging items for delivery to ensure they are protected during transit. Respected Dispatchers is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

4. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide timely and reliable service, Respected Dispatchers is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, and unforeseen events. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that the delivery may violate any laws or regulations or pose a risk to our personnel or the public.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on our website or invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Respected Dispatchers reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
